Marbaloo was created in 2010 by Faithe Dillman an established entertainment industry figure who built her career on hard work, excellence, results and loyalty. These are the same values Marbaloo brings to every customer today. As experienced industry professionals the Marbaloo team understands your culture, speaks your language, expands your vision, makes it personal, and delivers results.

A seasoned professional, Faithe was an international marketing executive for Universal Music Group responsible for running worldwide marketing campaigns for and traveling with A-List Top 40 artists. She has traveled to and worked with industry executives in 50+ countries. She subsequently became the Vice President of Creative Services at Dave Stewart’s notorious Idea Factory “Weapon’s of Mass Entertainment”. In addition to servicing the music management roster she was responsible for creative across a plethora of mediums including brick & mortar retail, print publishing, film, and TV. She left to create Marbaloo, a marketing consulting company who approaches each project, talent and campaign with a hullabaloo perspective.

Marbaloo is headquartered out of Nashville, TN with team members in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Columbus, OH. Marbaloo employees are members of the Recording Academy, The Country Music Association, The Academy of Country Music, the National Association of Professional Women, SOLID and the Troubadour Society benefiting the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Marbaloo and it’s employees participate, donate, sponsor and support a wide variety of local and national charities. A few favorites are the AIDS Walk (Los Angeles), AVON Breast Cancer Walk (Long Beach), Farm Aid, The Humane Society of USA, African Leadership Initiative, World Vision, UNICEF, Cell Phones for Soldiers, Soles 4 Souls (Nashville), The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Autism Speaks and Susan G. Comen for the Cure (San Diego).

Faithe Parker

Faithe was born on the East Coast and grew up in the heart of Middle America. She discovered her passion for marketing while attending Azusa Pacific University in Southern California. She was accepted into internships in public relations and print marketing before landing her first entertainment industry job as Promotions Coordinator at KFRG country radio station in Colton, California.

FaitheThe following fall she entered the Universal Music Group internship program at Interscope, Geffen, A&M records working in the Recording Finance department. Upon the conclusion of her internship she took on her first full time position as Ron Fair’s (at the time, Chairmen of Geffen Records and producer of Christina Aguilera, The Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Pussycat Dolls, Mary J. Blige and more) executive studio assistant. After building a foundation of knowledge in the recording studio world she realized her true talents lie in marketing.

Faithe transitioned to the International Marketing department under Martin Kierszenbaum, President of Pop/Rock A&R and International Opportunities at Interscope Records. Here she climbed the ranks to become the youngest International Marketing Director at the company. She traveled to 50+ countries with Lady Gaga, All American Rejects, 50 Cent, Limp Bizkit, etc. and specialized in working with imprint labels such as Tennman Records (Justin Timberlake), KonLive (Akon), Mosley Music Group (Timbaland) and StarTrak (Pharrel). She left UMG to join Dave Stewart’s Weapon’s of Mass Entertainment as Vice President of Creative Services. In addition to servicing their music management roster she also worked across a plethora of mediums including brick & mortar retail, print publishing, film, TV and various other innovations including ABC’s newest hit sitcom “Malibu Country” starring Reba McEntire.

In 2010 she founded Marbaloo doing global branding consulting and providing digital marketing services. Marbaloo primarily works with Top 40 pop artists but this year expanded their portfolio of work to include premier country music artists such as Toby Keith, Kip Moore, Scotty McCreery, Billy Currington, Laura Bell Bundy and even promotion of “Duck The Halls: Robertson Family Christmas”.
