Why Marbaloo? I love music, I love marketing, and working for a well-established marketing company in the heart of the music industry is like a dream come true, so of course Marbaloo! The work environment is very collaborative and creative, and no idea is a bad idea. I am able to talk with people from every team on a daily basis, which really allows me to see the ins and outs of the entire company. Marbaloo hits the nail on the head for the perfect balance of fun and handwork.
What is your thing and why? Marketing/Social media is definitely my thing. I love the idea of creating something out of nothing, and then running with it. Marketing/social media is ever-changing with our world's advancing technology, which keeps it interesting.. you always have to stay on your toes and adapt to the target audience's wants and needs.
Why do you do what you do? I live for creativity. That's how my mind works best. Growing up I was always in-between projects, whether it be canvas painting, learning the guitar, photography, designing hats, etc, I'm happiest when my mind has endless boundaries to create!
What inspires you? Travel, immersing myself in other cultures and countries and being comfortable with being uncomfortable.
How do you like to spend your free time? I love spending as much time as I can adventuring in the outdoors! I grew up in a very athletic, little, "outdoorsy town," where we windsurfed, mountain biked, skied, hiked, etc. Anything in the outdoors feels like home. When I don't want to be active, I flip on my newest Netflix show and make hats! It's a hobby I've had since freshman year of college and it's super therapeutic. Grandma life ;)
What do you wish people knew about you? I'm super spontaneous. Ask me to go on an adventure and I'm all in. I'm a busy-body almost to a fault... sometimes I need to tell myself it's okay to relax. Also, I have a strange obsession with French Bulldogs (before they were trending!!!) and will be getting a gray one in the future named "Earl," and a white one named "Pearl."
What’s your favorite saying? If not now, then when?
What do you do to recharge your creativity? Working out and practicing yoga, or going somewhere that makes me happiest like the lake, beach, or mountains.
What song can't you stop playing right now? Nevermind- Dennis Lloyd
